Life Flow Healing Reiki is providing Reiki sessions to clients in the local community and beyond. Teresa LaMier has passion and intuition for channeling the healing power of Reiki energy to make a difference in people's lives. She is committed to providing skilled and compassionate care.
Philosophy
At Life Flow Healing Reiki the belief is that everyone has the ability to heal themselves. The goal is to help clients tap into their inner wisdom and access their own innate healing powers. Each session is approached with compassion, respect, and a deep understanding of the mind-body-spirit connection. The philosophy is rooted in the belief that true healing occurs when we address the root cause of our physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances.

What is Kundalini Reiki?
Kundalini: Sanskrit translation is coiled snake.
Kundalini energy is life force energy. It is coiled at the base of our spine and the root chakra. When it rises it awakens, uncoils and spirals around the spine and the shushumna nadi. The shushumna nadi is the central energy center that runs from the base of the spine to the top of the head. When the kundalini energy is awakened it rises up and goes through the 7 main chakras. This can promote physical, mental and emotional healing including trauma. It may awaken you to be able to align with your true self.
What is Reiki?
Rei in Japanese means universal spirit and Ki means life force energy.
Reiki can be distant or hands on to promote ones ability to heal physically, emotionally or mentally. It is the channeling of the universal energy to a person, animal, object or nature. It can help improve and balance the flow of energy. The energy will go where it is needed and be used for the greatest good.
Karmic band healing
The karmic band is the band between 2 people. It is a connection we have developed. These relationships may be healthy or unhealthy. You may choose a karmic band healing to strengthen a relationship, to heal an unhealthy relationship, or to heal from the relationship.
Situational healing
This is the use of reiki energy for you to heal past, present or future situations.
Meet the Practitioner
Teresa LaMier is an empath who feels the energy in nature, people and the environment. She knew from a young age that she wanted to be in a healing profession. She chose a career as an Occupational Therapist Assistant. She loved that it looked at the whole person, but always felt like there was something more. In 2000 she acquired a Reiki I certificate, and mostly used this complementary medicine on pets, family, and people with prayer requests or requests for good vibes. She had a strong intuitive pull to continue her Reiki training. She became certified in Kundalini Reiki II in July of 2023

Reiki services
In Person Reiki
No monetary payment. Just energy exchange as in traditional time
The session will begin with time to discuss what has called you to seek a Reiki session. Time will be taken to assist you in getting grounded to receive the energy, followed by the channeling of energy. When completed we will discuss the experience. Later a summary of the session will be provided.
Distant Reiki
No monetary payment. Just an energy exchange as in traditional times
The session will be done via video chat or phone. This works because energy has no constraints to time or space. Same as the in person Reiki, we will discuss the reason for seeking reiki, time to become grounded, channeling of reiki energy, and time to discuss the experience. A summary of the session will be provided later.
10 minute session
This session can be done over the phone or over text or I can send at anytime within the day at a scheduled or unscheduled time. My task will be to channel Reiki and your job will be to be open to receive for self healing for the greatest good.
